Cabarita lookout villa was better than we expected. The pictures were amazing, but in real life, it was even better! All staff at the villa were very professional and helped us with anything we needed. Sharon and Sabrina prepared great breakfasts and dinner every day and really took the time to set the table and get things ready each time. The highlight of our trip was staff member Cutty. He was our driver, made sure our family was always safe, and he was also our guide and showed us around Jamaica and was so knowledgeable on anything we asked. He is a real asset to the villa, and the place would not be the same without him. Big thanks, Cutty, you truly showed us the authentic side of Jamaica that we wanted. Rohan, our host, was very responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had. The views from the villa are stunning! Thank you so much to everyone for making our experience magical. One Love ❤️

I typically don’t leave reviews but I would be remiss if I didn’t leave a review for cabarita lookout. We loved everything about our vacation. Cutty, our driver was knowledgeable and honestly just an amazing human. He was sweet and honest, in his dealings. He felt like family by the time we left. Sabrina and Sharon our cooks were amazing! The food was authentic and delicious. They honored our request and were incredibly sweet. Devin, the other staff was a gentle and kind man. The entire staff made sure that our stay was beyond pleasant. The views were unreal, we felt safe and cared for the entire time. I am so incredibly grateful for our stay. Thank you Rohan!

Wow! What a gem! This is definitely the best way to experience Jamaica. With Cutty as your local guide, you get to see Jamaica like no one else can. We got to experience the most amazing beaches, local food, and warm community. Also, Rohan was an excellent communicator who helped make the logistics of the trip easy and seamless.

The villa is top notch and the view is something from a dream.

I don't think I can convey how wonderful Cabarita Lookout is. Rohan and Karona were excellent communicators, providing detailed information in a thoughtful and timely manner from the moment we booked the place several months prior through the end of our stay. The place itself was fantastic. Nestled in the hills, it offered a quiet respite. We took advantage of the pool, the balconies with amazing sea views, the fruit trees, the hammocks, and the open space. If you are primarily interested in a beach vacation, this is not the place for you since the closest nice beach is about a half hour drive. However, if you want a serene and beautiful location with occasional trips to the beach, then this place is perfect. Cutty, the driver and onsite manager, is exceptional. Very attentive, and you can tell he has a great soul. He took us anywhere we wanted to go, gave us great advice on what to see and do, and made sure our stay was exceedingly comfortable. Ms. Sharon and Sabrina made excellent meals and kept the place clean. I have never stayed in a place where you make meal requests and they prepare those requests. (You do the grocery shopping but they help prepare the grocery list.) They even made us a cake for Christmas to mark the occasion when we asked. I highly recommend that you ask for salt fish fritters, goat curry, and chicken curry. Those were my faves. Cabarita Lookout is amazing value for the price. To have transportation (you pay for gas) and meal prep included (you pay for groceries) on top of an amazing view and space, really makes this place stand out. It was so nice to get to relax and not have to worry about those logistics.

Cabarita Lookout war eine der tollsten Unterkuefte in denen ich jeh gewohnt haben. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist nicht von dieser Welt. Ich war dort vor ca. 2 Wochen mit meinem Mann und Enkelsohn.
Wir hatten die beste Zeit und wurden so gut betreut als waeren wir VIP's. Sharons Kochkuenste waren gigantisch und so schoen serviert. Ann-Marie war immer sehr lebhaft und freundlich und darauf bedacht dass alles huebsch und sauber war.

Die zwei Gaertner, Devan und Johnny, waren immer sehr hoeflich und hilfsbereit. Dann war da noch Cutty, unser Fahrer, Beschützer, Tourguide, guter Freund und immer ein perfekter Gentleman. Er hat uns ueberall hingefahren und wartete manchmal bis zu 4 Stunden geduldig bis wir wieder zurückfahren wollten.
Es war als haetten wir eine zweite Familie um uns!

 "Going up the mountain you are really taking off the beaten path",  but once you arrive at the property it is just breath taking. During your stay you will not be seeing any other tourists unless you venture to Ocho Rios, and we were really able to experience the local Jamaican life...

"Absolutely Superb Vacation Rental"
Our recent stay at Cabarita Lookout Villa Jamaica was the best vacation my family and I have ever taken. We enjoyed the complimentary pick up from the Montego Bay airport and the drive and villa manager Cutty was great during our stay. The rooms in the home were most comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated and covered all our needs and more. The villa was a dream to stay at and the staffed cook Sharon prepared some of the best foods we have ever eaten. For a quite vacation spot, this was a perfect rental. We will most definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Vacation

Our first visit to Jamaica and we could not have hoped for a more perfect, comfortable place to stay than at the villa at Cabarita Outlook! Cutty, our driver and our man of all needs, and Sharon our fabulous cook were the frosting on the cake. We enjoyed the phenomenal views, relaxing at the poolside and even had a wonderful massage arranged for us right at the Villa. The pictures on the website are no exaggeration....it is as beautiful as you see. We visited the Blue Hole and had an awesome time going from waterfall to waterfall and swimming in the "blue hole" . Cutty took us to a white- sand beach which was magnificent! The staff waited on us while we laid in our lounge chars.. bringing us any drinks/food we wanted - what a treat! There were no crowds -- as if it was all arranged for our personal pleasure. Thanks to Pam and Ed for creating such an oasis and sharing it with all of us.

 Our Favourite Holiday Destination Filled with Relaxation, Breathtaking Views in a Location Fit for a Queen!
 
The views are second to none. If you love watching the sunrise, there is no better place than here. On a clear morning you can see the majestic blue mountains of Jamaica. Combined with the sunrise, it is like your own "heaven here on earth" location. The staff are amazing and do everything they can to make you feel like you never want to leave. Sharon and her helper Paula kept our bellies fed with their delicious cooking. Each day we were excited to try something different (or in some cases, the same .....like her jerk chicken, festival bread etc lol). Cutty is one of a kind. An amazing man with such a good soul. He was able to take us everywhere we wanted to go and always did it with a smile. His knowledge of Jamaica is so helpful when trying to decide where to go and what to do. If he lived in the same city as us, he would be someone I would be sitting with having coffee and chit chatting daily. We all have a good friend in this gentleman. Devon and Johnny are also extremely helpful and so willing to jump in as soon as you need anything. The owners Pam and Ed ensure that you have a place that you will want to go back to (this was our second time there). Their home is a true Jamaican experience that is not only located in an amazing location, it is also beautiful. Each day waking up was done with a smile because you know you are in paradise. Pam provided so much info prior to traveling about what we may want to check out such as the turtle release.....omg!!! We loved this. This was my husband's first time there and for someone that never wanted to travel........let me say this place changed his mind. He absolutely loved it. My daughter got married here and Pam set everything up for us. What a relief to know we didn't have to do a thing.....just show up and pay a modest fee to the Pastor and manager of the property next door where the ceremony was held. You will not find a better location in all of Jamaica. We loved, loved, loved it. So happy we choose here for the wedding. Thank you to Pam and Ed for everything, you made this day so special.

Breathtaking Views and Amazing Staff!

This scores a 10 out of 10 for our family. The home is located at the top of the hill with views that are so incredible. The home is appointed very nicely and was very comfortable for our family. We traveled with a party of 7. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Sharon and Paula were wonderful. Sharon's meals were wonderful; in particular her curried goat! Cutty is an invaluable source of information and always ready to take us wherever we needed with a smile. Really a dream vacation. We will definitely go back.

Love and a Piece of Heaven!

It gives us so much pleasure to write this review and we wanted to take our time to do so because we had such an awesome vacation. The best one ever!!! and we do this 3 to 4 times a year. Thanks Pam and Ed. We typically do the all inclusive thing and were getting quite bored, so we decided to try a villa and found Cabarita Lookout. We visited in late Nov. early Dec. of 2016. The views at this villa are out of this world. They should rename the villa "Heaven's Gateway". When the moon hits the ocean it felt like we were transcended to another world. The pictures don't do the villa justice. The real thing is so much better. Very relaxing for both small and large groups, with wrap around balcony for you to see Jamaica miles away. The staff was most attentive, but not overbearing. Cutty our driver was awesome, awesome, awesome, and so respectful. Cutty made sure that our every need was tended to. We did not miss our 5 star dining with Chef Sharon's cooking and food presentation. The food was so good we must have gained a couple of pounds from eating do much. Sharon tantalized our taste buds with every fresh ingredient, fresh catch of the day, to amazing desserts, natural drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Not many villas offer car service. But having Cutty and transportation made our trip even better. We visited parts of the island that we have never seen before. We experienced many off-the-beaten-path experiences, but there were days when we did nothing at all and just enjoyed the Caribbean breeze, sipped on a cocktail, taking a dip in the pool at sunrise and then at sunset. Sipping on a cocktail with no worries in the world for now. If you're reading this review I would highly recommend this villa for a first time experience or a return experience. Irie...no problem at all.
