​Cabarita Lookout sits on top of the community of Lookout, adjacent to Noel Coward’s “Firefly.” The home is built on three levels. The first level has 2 bedrooms, the Sunrise Room and Seascape Room, featuring queen beds, along with a full size futon on the bottom which folds into a couch. Each of the bedrooms has its own bath with shower. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer on the first floor. The second floor features the main living area with an open concept dining room, living room and spacious dining room table. There is a large bathroom on the main floor with a spacious walk-in shower. The main floor also features a 12x32 seaview terrace with dining tables, chairs and a gas barbecue grill. Upstairs you’ll find the master suite, Lookout, which features a king bed and clawfoot bathtub perched high on a platform offering magnificent views. A bathroom adjoins the suite. A private 12x16 terrace offers a dining table and professional massage table ... not to mention a view you’ll always remember.

Cabarita Lookout is located 17 miles east of Ocho Rios, the home of James Bond Beach, Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain and Fern Gully. For the more adventuresome, you might enjoy horseback riding, deep sea fishing or Black Sands Beach. Or just kick back and relax around our inviting pool and be catered to by Sharon and Cutty. Early mornings join Cutty as he goes down to the beach to pick up “the catch of the day” from local fishermen.
